Ceremonial Matcha Powder: Sourced from Uji, Japan, it boasts a vibrant jade-green colour and a smooth, velvety texture, offering an authentic, naturally sweet taste.
Hydrolysed Collagen (Marine): A high-quality protein source naturally rich in amino acids including glycine, proline and hydroxyproline — the structural building blocks of collagen found throughout the body. Sourced for purity and quality.

How to whisk it right.
Four small steps stand between this tin and a proper bowl of matcha — skip one and it shows in the cup.

Warm the bowl
Rinse your chawan with hot water, then dry it — matcha turns gritty against a cold surface.

Sift & measure
Sift 2g (about half a teaspoon) through a fine mesh to break up clumps before it meets water.
Note
No sifter? A tea strainer works — just press it through with the back of a spoon.

Add water, whisk in a W
Pour 60ml water at 75°C. Whisk briskly back and forth in a zigzag "W," not a circle, until a fine foam forms.

Serve within a minute
Matcha oxidizes fast — drink it right after whisking, while the foam still holds.
